Demi Lovato hit the red carpet at the 12 Annual Latin Grammy Awards in Vegas with exceptional lip color and a cranberry colored Roland Mouret gown. According to the Red Carpet Fashion Awards blog, the 19-year old is actually wearing the gown backwards -- and to maximum effect. She definitely turned heads!
