Recently, the singer, songwriter and television host was spotted at a spa in LA with his girlfriend, Erin Brady. Tyler recived a G.M. Collin Skincare Phyto Stem Cell facial, followed by an intense massage. Sources say Tyler also received permanent eyelash extensions and a makeup application.
